OwnCloud is that open-source cloud program.

You can use OwnCloud to set up your own cloud server for file-sharing, music-streaming, and calendar, contact, and bookmark sharing project. If you like security and don’t want third-party cloud services like DropBox to have access to your personal and confidential corporate information, then OwnCloud is for you.
